Feeling stress because of certain aspects or uncertainties of life is natural. But there are attitudes we can adopt that allow us to have a healthy and balanced approach to the stress. In this talk with a period of meditation, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Govindananda conveys wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how we can reduce stress and its negative effects. By learning to accept things we cannot control and cultivating trust in the Divine, we can learn to relax more deeply — and experience the sustaining peace and joy that is hidden within us.
