A special talk by SRF/YSS President Brother Chidananda, in honor of the 150^th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi (Gandhi Jayanti), was livestreamed on this page (see below) and the SRF YouTube channel on Wednesday, October 2, at 7:30 p.m. (PDT). Following his talk, Brother Chidananda lead a brief period of meditation and then a prayer service for world peace. 

This event was broadcast from the Self-Realization Fellowship Lake Shrine, where Paramahansa Yogananda established a Mahatma Gandhi World Peace Memorial (containing a portion of Gandhi’s ashes) when he dedicated the SRF Lake Shrine in 1950.
