When we begin to practice meditation and apply spiritual ideals in our everyday lives, we start to glimpse that the peace and satisfaction we had sought outwardly actually can be found within ourselves, and in a more lasting way. In this talk, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Satyananda explains how we can live in that awareness more and more, using Paramahansa Yogananda’s step-by-step methods for harnessing the power of meditation to unleash our full inner potential. As we do this, we find that life can become the greatest adventure — an accelerated journey toward the ultimate fulfillment: oneness with the joy of the Divine.
