In this talk with a period of meditation, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Sattvananda shares practical ways from Paramahansa Yogananda for overcoming nervousness and rising above worry and fear. The complications of life can bring a sense of insecurity, tension, worry. Yet we can deal with these challenges with great effectiveness by becoming a more calm and interiorized person, especially through the practice of meditation. Paramahansaji has said: “Calmness is one of the attributes of the immortality within you….God’s song is the song of calmness.”
