Would you like to become adept at creating the positive habits that will help you achieve your highest aspirations? In this talk with a period of meditation, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Vimalananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how we can harness the power of habit to shape our lives. We have created our present habits through repetition of certain thoughts and actions, and we can use the same method to overcome a bad habit by consciously cultivating the opposite good habit. Regular practice of meditation and positive affirmations are powerful tools to lift us above the influence of limiting habits — so ultimately we can experience the perfect joy and divine fulfillment to be found within ourselves.
