Each Convocation attendee is provided a QR code — a unique bar code that is your ticket for admission to all Convocation classes and events.
Your QR code was sent in your registration confirmation email and can be accessed at any time on your My Registration page on the Convocation website.
Please have that QR code — either on your phone or printed out — with you when you arrive at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel to check in for Convocation.
You will need to complete a simple check-in process to receive your printed name badge. This name badge will have a QR code and will serve as your “ticket” to all Convocation events for which you are registered.
At the Westin Bonaventure Hotel, go to one of the check-in stations.
At the check-in station, please scan the QR code you received when registering and the system will print your name badge. (There will be volunteers on hand to help with printing your name badge if needed.)

In addition to the badge, you will be given a badge holder and lanyard. Your badge and lanyard will help ushers and volunteers identify registered Convocation participants and give you access to activities you are registered for, easily and quickly. The color of your lanyard indicates which types of classes you are registered to attend.
The QR code on your badge will be scanned if you attend a pilgrimage, a Kriya Initiation Ceremony, or a Kriya Review class. Please wear your name badge and lanyard to all Convocation events.
