    Retreat Schedule:

    Part 1:

    • Energization Exercises, meditation with kirtan (3 hours 50 minutes)

    Intermission (45 minutes)

    Part 2:

    • Inspirational talk on “Yoga Meditation: Finding Inner Peace in a Chaotic World” (45 minutes)
    • Break (10 minutes)
    • Energization Exercises, meditation with kirtan, closing (2 hour 20 minutes)
