One-Day Retreat: “Living a Balanced Life in Today’s World”

Held In Person at the Encinitas Temple and Livestreamed

    (in English)

    Saturday, August 30, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (PDT)

Join us for a one-day retreat: “Living a Balanced Life in Today’s World,” with SRF monk Brother Nakulananda. This retreat will be held in person at the SRF Encinitas Temple and also livestreamed so anyone who wishes to attend remotely can do so. The retreat will include group practice of the SRF Energization Exercises, periods of meditation, kirtan (devotional chanting), an inspirational talk on the retreat’s theme, and a video presentation. (See full schedule and participate below.)

We hope that you will be able to take this opportunity to recharge body and mind with the soul-force of this spiritual retreat on the “how-to-live” teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda.

As Paramahansaji says in his book Inner Peace, “Every person needs a retreat, a dynamo of silence where he may go for the exclusive purpose of being recharged by the Infinite.”

This retreat will be available for viewing until Monday, September 1, 10:00 p.m. (PDT).
