Responsible for the coordination of SRF printed books, eBooks, calendars, audio/video items, free literature, and member communications.

- Responsible for the coordination of SRF printed books, eBooks, calendars, audio/video items, free literature, and member communications.
- Coordinate and work with Outreach, Design, Editorial, Production, and Translation departments for development and reprints of SRF products.
- Process monthly consignment reports and reconcile inventory.
- Review overdue balances for trade accounts on a monthly basis and prepare statements.
- Other position-related tasks, as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong accounting (billing, receivables, spreadsheets), administrative, marketing, and project management skills.
- The ability to organize projects from start to finish effectively, including appropriate follow-up toward completion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent SRF adequately when dealing with the public.
- Familiarity with Jira, MS Teams, or other task management tool.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
Additional Details
This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.
The position is hybrid, with occasional work onsite.

Pay range: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
