Position Summary
SRF is seeking a passionate and experienced Campaign Manager to lead and execute ongoing campaigns that align with its Mission and values.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management with proven results, visionary thinking and practicable plans, exceptional data analytics skills and high proficiency with utilizing CRM/donor database, excellent communication skills, a passion for fundraising, and an understanding of nonprofit operations. This individual will develop and implement strategic campaign plans to achieve SRF’s fundraising goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and implement strategic plans for campaigns.
- In partnership with senior staff, design and execute fundraising strategies to meet financial targets.
- Cultivate and grow relationships with a portfolio of donors.
- Organize fundraising events and activities as required.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the writing and development of campaign print and electronic collateral.
- Alongside the communications manager, create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Build and nurture relationships with donors/members, volunteers, and other stakeholders;
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operation.
- Develop and manage campaign budgets as required, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- In partnership with the stewardship manager be prepared to recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support campaign activities. Will manage additional support staff as required.
- With guidance from senior leadership and legal, ensure all campaign activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible fundraising experience with a solid understanding of campaign development and donor engagement.
- Experience managing donor relationships with a track record of successfully closing six and seven-figure gifts, as well as securing institutional funding.
- Genuine enjoyment and appreciation of activities that support individual and institutional charitable giving goals and outcomes.
- Demonstrated volunteer management experience.
- Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive and sophisticated plan that will result in increased contributions and improved donor experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills with ability to work harmoniously with other staff members and volunteers, to take instructions from others, to be mentally engaged in a meaningful way that shows understanding and openness to contribute and share information, and to function as a viable member of the department.
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of honesty, integrity, positivity, diplomacy, tact, and courtesy.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills. Strong aptitude and interest in individual and institutional supporter management and communications.
- Ability to honor and maintain a strict and high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to use a variety of software, applications, and programs including Microsoft Office, donor databases, and other related software/systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus.

Additional Details
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST. You must be able to work a flexible schedule based on workload and deadlines, including traveling for donor visits and events. Must have access to your own transportation for business usage. Required travel between 5% - 20%.
The position is remote for those residing in California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, or Virginia.
The selected individual must satisfactorily complete our background investigation, and sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Pay range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on skills, experience and education.
