We are very pleased to announce that the new edition of the Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons in Spanish is now available, and enrollment is open!
The new and comprehensive edition (released in English in 2019) was planned by Paramahansaji for many years and represents his definitive wishes for the SRF Lessons. The new version contains a wealth of previously unpublished material from Paramahansa Yogananda’s writings and classes on the SRF meditation techniques and “how-to-live” teachings that lead to inner and outer harmony and the highest states of blissful divine consciousness.
Paramahansa Yogananda viewed the Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons as the very core of the teachings he was ordained to bring to the world as a special spiritual dispensation for the coming global civilization.
In addition to Spanish, the Lessons are available in English, Italian, and Portuguese — and translations are in progress in numerous other languages, including German, French, and Japanese. We hope to have these translations available in the near future as well, making the light of Paramahansa Yogananda’s teachings available to as many seekers as possible.
Special Message From Brother Chidananda
Brother Chidananda, revered president and spiritual head of SRF/YSS, shared a special message marking this momentous occasion:
Dear Ones,
In my heart I rejoice with you on this momentous occasion as the newly expanded version of our beloved Gurudeva Paramahansa Yogananda’s SRF Lessons is being made available for the first time in the Spanish language. Much loving thought and effort has gone into making this possible, and from the depths of my heart I thank all of those who have devotedly served to bring about this translation and distribution.
The release of the Spanish translation of the Lessons is a continuation of the fulfillment of Paramahansaji’s special dispensation to spread the science of Kriya Yoga worldwide. He said, “When I am gone, the teachings will be the guru,” and how joyous he must be that the life-transforming spiritual opportunity to study and practice his soul-liberating teachings will now become available to many more truth seekers around the world. Through the wisdom imparted in these sacred Lessons and the sincerity of your hearts, all doors are open to you to deepen your relationship and communion with the Divine.
Take some time each day to immerse yourselves in the stream of God-inspired wisdom and love flowing through Paramahansaji’s words in the SRF Lessons. He knew that by doing so, you would be able to maintain a spiritual link with his omnipresent consciousness — and attunement with his ever-living guidance of each devotee.
My prayers and blessings reach out to each one of you, and all those who will come in the future to draw from the sacred teachings reintroduced to the modern world by our revered lineage of Gurus. May God and our Gurudeva’s love and blessings surround you always as you progress on this blessed path.
In Their divine love and friendship,
Brother Chidananda
