While recently accompanying SRF/YSS President Brother (Swami) Chidananda on his visit to India, SRF minister Brother (Swami) Saralananda sat down with Shubhendu Ghosh of Doordarshan TV, an international news channel that is part of India’s public broadcast service, to participate in the popular program “In Conversation.”
This far-ranging and inspiring interview, conducted at the Yogoda Satsanga Noida Ashram, covers such topics as:
- The ancient science of yoga as a unifying force for our modern and often restless civilization;
- Ways Paramahansa Yogananda saw spirituality transcending differences in various religions and cultures;
- How meditation can bring inner peace and balance to those facing many challenges and daily stresses;
- A message for today’s youth as they look to improve their lives and the world.
