In this talk with a period of meditation, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Nikhilananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how to overcome fear by finding happiness and security within. When we establish the habit of daily meditation, we become more calm and receptive to the presence and blessings of the Divine — and we realize we are connected to the source of all happiness, wisdom, and joy.
