Self-Realization Fellowship is very pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 online How-to-Live Summer Program for children and teens. This series of live, interactive classes conducted via Zoom will take place June 24 – 28 (see full schedule below).
The theme of this year’s program will be “The Power of Thought.” Children and teens will learn about Paramahansa Yogananda’s “how-to-live” teachings on the creative power of thought and how to apply scientific methods of visualization and affirmation. Classes will also cover concepts such as:
The program will include: interactive monastic-led events, discussions and stories about the power of thought, learning to meditate, practice of the SRF Energization Exercises, kirtan (devotional chanting), practice of Hatha Yoga postures, and opportunities to interact and build spiritual friendships with youth of the same age.
Summer Program classes are available for children and teens ages 7 – 17. Separate classes for girls and boys will be held simultaneously each day. Classes are taught only in English, but there are currently three class times to choose from to accommodate those living in various time zones.
