“Overcoming ‘Soul Fog’ Through Kriya Yoga” by Brother Chidananda (video)

August 30, 2021

In this video excerpt from his closing program at the 2021 SRF Online World Convocation, SRF/YSS President Brother Chidananda discusses what he terms “soul fog” — a state in which clarity of understanding becomes clouded by moods, emotions, and restlessness that “the uncontrolled mind imposes on us.” He then describes a time when he overcame such a troublesome state through practice of Kriya Yoga. “The technique of Kriya Yoga, and along with that, cultivating a personal relationship with the guru — that burns away the fog that surrounds the soul,” Brother Chidananda says.
