Kriya Yoga: A Way of Life
This class is specifically for SRF/YSS Kriyabans. It is not a review of the technique of Kriya Yoga; rather it offers steps that will help committed devotees deepen their practice of the technique. It will explain, from a spiritual and energetic perspective, why these steps have such a profound influence on our meditative experience, and how this deep practice of Kriya Yoga affects our lives for the better in every way. In addition, the class will look at some of the fundamental obstacles faced by spiritual seekers and why Kriya Yoga is such an effective means in overcoming them, allowing Kriyabans to live more fully in their true nature of soul freedom and joy.

All Lessons applications receive our personal attention and we ask for your patience.
