Self-Realization Fellowship has more than 500 temples, retreats, ashrams, and meditation centers around the world — offering all interested seekers the opportunity to come together to experience the power of group meditations, focused retreat programs, inspirational services, and to share in spiritual fellowship.

It is always a special joy for us to welcome you to the sites where Paramahansa Yogananda lived, worked, and communed with God. These sanctuaries — such as our international headquarters on Mt. Washington in Los Angeles, the magnificent medita­tion gardens and retreat high above the ocean in Encinitas, the world-renowned SRF Lake Shrine in Pacific Palisades ­— are places of unique spiritual and physical beauty, visited by many thousands of people each year.

Throughout the year, we also host numerous special events and inspirational programs, including our annual World Convocation focusing on the how-to-live teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda; weekend retreats at locations near our meditation centers and groups worldwide; lecture series and meditation classes (including Kriya Yoga initiation) in dozens of cities each year; programs for youth, including summer camp and weekly Sunday Schools; and pilgrimages to our spiritual sanctuaries.
